Just in case you want to return something to us ...

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your Harrow & Green purchase. However, if the product is defective in any way, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Note: as we personalise many of our products for the specific customer's requirements, we cannot accept return of personalised goods unless they are faulty.

If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay you the cost of the return postage and refund the cost of the original order. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

Please write a note with the reason for return and enclose it with your parcel. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 14 days of the date on which you received it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
